Barter for office space

Hey, there! Just starting out on a new career as a Metaphysical Life Coach and I'm looking for office space. Can barter with a ton of skills: house cleaning and organizing, website development, social media, interior design, light construction, bodywork (trained massage therapist, Reiki, and other legit modalities), tutoring at every level (grade through college)... I can even teach people how to perform Shakespeare! I'm looking for my own lockable space, about 300 sq feet. Must be able to make noise/play music/talk loudly (part of the coaching/healing processes used). Access to electricity, wifi, a bathroom and the normal stuff (very light use). I know it's a long shot, but if you don't ASK, you don't GET, right?
