Experience and SPCB License required. We are a fast growing locally owned pest control company in need of qualified technicians. Must be well groomed, courteous, very professional, and eager to learn. Summary: This position is responsible for servicing residential and commercial customers providing timely professional indoor and outdoor household pest control applications, diagnosing and correcting infestations, deficiencies, and delivering written and verbal professional advice. Builds and maintains market image of quality care and work, excellent customer service, and reliable results. (M-F) Responsibilities: -Responsible for the day to day operation of a pest control customer route using training provided to ensure the most efficient pest solution for our customers -Follow a daily route schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each stop. (A company vehicle is provided during work hours) -Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and cross sell additional services. Discuss the scope of services provided with the customer. -Apply all products according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions. -Respond to customer service requests, address concerns and provide verbal and written communication in a timely manner. -Maintain a professional image through daily attention to vehicle and equipment maintenance and cleanliness as well as personal, professional appearance. -Accurately and professionally complete all service related paperwork. -Obey all vehicle policies and procedures. -Strong Organizational skills and ability to work independently -Customer Service Skills -Pest control knowledge including products and service The work environment is a combination of field work and home visits. An individual in this role may have to deal with outside elements as they are calling on residential or commercial accounts and may have to walk large expanses of outside lawn and landscaped areas. Maybe required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Training provided. Company vehicle and fuel card provided. Guaranteed a minimum of 40 hours per week, eligible for overtime in excess of 40 hours per week. Must be 21 years of age with a good driving record. Please send a resume in Word or PDF Format.
