SUMMARY The Supply team at UPLIFT Desk is responsible for on-time delivery of quality products to the customer. Due to quickly expanding volume, we are in need of a highly motivated and goal-oriented Forklift Operator to ensure delivery timelines and efficiency are met. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: *Use reach truck to retrieve and put away inventory *Restock inventory by hand *Stretch wrap and band pallets *Assist in loading and unloading trucks *Maintain a clean and safe facility *Be positive, professional, energetic, and exhibit a can-do attitude SKILLS *Self-motivated and results-oriented *Ability to drive tasks and projects to completion *Ability to work effectively in a team environment *Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Customer-service oriented *Problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities *Strong detail orientation *Superior organizational abilities *Process and procedure oriented MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION *High school diploma or equivalent *Must have prior forklift operation experience, preferably to include using a narrow aisle reach truck (aka stand-up forklift). Bonus points for experience with Crown brand reach trucks. *Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and constantly evolving high growth environment REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. *Able to move furniture up to 100 lbs with reasonable accommodation *Able to bend, kneel, squat, reach, pull, and lift objects up to 65 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation *MUST have a record of safe forklift operation: you will be driving forklifts around a busy warehouse filled with people and pallets. *Valid driver’s license New hires must be willing to submit to a required background check and potentially drug testing. Must be able to work occasional overtime as required **Note: This position REQUIRES that the applicant be proficient in the operation of a STAND-UP REACH TRUCK.
