You do not need to have experience in the field but need to have a very good attitude, be a fast learner, be responsible, be stable, and great at sales. This is not a job you see posted where they advertise fake promises. We are a stable company growing and you will grow with us with your monthly pay increasing as goals are reached at corporate. You have your own space, own desk, and set schedule. We are very lenient, give you a lot of freedom, and don't have someone watching over you. But you have to have good customer service, great at sales, no attendance issues, and be responsible. ------------------------------------------------------------------ POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Accounting Manager This position consists of more behind the scenes of what agents selling insurance do. You have to be a fast learner, be able to take initiative, take criticism as constructive learning, fast at reacting, and know how to problem solve situations. You'll also be entering bills into QuickBooks, managing employees, and helping manage several retail offices around Texas. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Pay information: $3,000 A Month Please make sure you can work the hours before calling Work hours: Monday - Friday - 9am to 7pm Saturday - 9am to 5pm Sunday - OFF ***Probationary period of 90 days After 90 days will work 5 day schedule ***Once hired will need to be able to train at some of our local retail offices in order to understand our different insurance systems before being moved to our corporate office. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Job Qualifications: -Excel,Drive,QB experience *preferred but not required. -Type 50 wpm -Work well under pressure -You will be working in an office environment -Must be a Fast learner -Must be good at problem solving -Must be able to concentrate and be on a computer for most of the day -This is for people looking for a career and long term opportunity not short term. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Benefits: -Pay:$3,000 Monthly -Yearly Bonus -Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance -Paid Vacation Time Off: Available after 1 year of employment, After 1 year mark then vacation is every 6 months. -Sundays Off ------------------------------------------------------------------ Interview requirements: Please bring resume to Interview with you as we do not accept resumes through email or submitted online.
