The property is vacant and boarded up, you will need a drill to remove the board covering the front door to access it and then put the board back up when you're done. The photos need to be similar to what you see on Zillow or realtor.com so that anyone viewing the photos feels as though they physically saw the house themselves. 1 or 2 photos of the front of the house from the street and also multiple picks of the back of the house and backyard from multiple angles. I also need multiple pics of each room inside the home, especially the kitchen and bathrooms that clearly show the floors, cabinets ceilings, and any damage that you see make sure to take a closeup photo of that as well.
