Small ~4 Month Old Puppy Needs Re-Homing

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are forced to re-home our adopted puppy. Her breed is unknown since she is a shelter puppy but she is likely a Shepherd mix. She is about 18lb and about 14 inches tall, so she will not grow to be too large. She is spayed and has recovered, has all her shots with paperwork, has had a vet visit and is healthy. Even though at this point she is "housebroken" she is still a puppy and will nip and bite sometimes for at least another month until she is done teething. She is loving of everyone and extremely food-motivated which makes training a breeze. Her new family must live in a house and have someone to be with her all the time. This is very important as she is extremely energetic and intelligent and will always find something to do when left unsupervised. She needs to live indoors for the most part for now and have outdoors access to exercise several hours a day. We are asking for $800 for the re-homing fee to cover her equipment, vet visit, and other fees.
