Position Available: Condo Maintenance Technician Position requires the employee to adapt to a fast paced working environment while being able to complete a variety of task in a organized and timely fashion. (Must possess an excellent driver license). Summary of Responsibilities · 40hour work week. · Hours: Monday & Thursday: 8am-4:30pm Tuesday & Wedsday: Off Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 9-5:30pm Possibility for O.T · Keep garbage room, laundry room, storage area & office clean|organized · Water flower pots, · Rake beach areas & remove weeds at walkways ·Check and replace light bulbs as needed ·Sweep sand & remove cobwebs from hallways, runners & stairwells · Clean parking lot & monitor unauthorized vehicles if necessary · Assist owners with carrying luggage, groceries & miscellaneous items upon arrival · Assist owners with beach chairs, umbrellas etc. · Listen and respond to customers needs or minor repairs: Move furniture, light bulb replacement, batteries, plunge toilet etc · Allow access to vendors as needed: Pest control, appliance company, HVAC repair tech etc. · Seasonal Maintenance: Storing and re-staging furniture, swapping out screens & storm windows, Battery & light bulb replacement Job Requirements: · Clean Driver's license (a must) · Ability to multitask · Punctual · Positive attitude · Organized · Team Player Job Benefits: · Paid Vacation & Holiday · Medical · 401k Hourly Rate: To be determined based on experience Job Type: Full-time
