Position Available: Maintenance Laborer · Maintenance position requires the employee to adapt to a fast-paced working environment while being able to complete a variety of task in a organized and timely fashion. (Must possess an excellent driver license). Summary of Responsibilities: -Furniture staging -Gutter Cleaning and power washing -Snow removal -Storing and re-staging of patio furniture -Swapping out screens & storm windows -Battery and light bulb replacement -Changing of HVAC filters -Hanging pictures & furniture assembly -Job clean up -Listen and respond to customers’ needs (both internal & external customers). Summary of Responsibilities · 40hour work week. Hours from 8:00am-4:30pm with possibility for O.T · Seasonal Maintenance: Storing and re-staging furniture, Swapping out screens & storm windows, Battery & light bulb replacement · Assist with Handyman & Carpentry Repairs Job Requirements: · Clean Driver's license (a must) · Ability to multitask · Punctual · Positive attitude · Organized · Team Player Job Benefits: · Paid Vacation & Holiday · Medical · 401k Hourly Rate: To be determined based on experience Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time
