POSITION SUMMARY This role is as the lead of a field crew; the position requires solid communication and organizational skills while performing specific list of annual maintenance items at our managed properties throughout “The Hamptons”. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, willing to learn, consistent, able to follow direction and most importantly, able to set a good example and lead a team. You need to be comfortable being active and on feet all day while also capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. COMMON TASKS FOR THIS POSITION: • Perform and delegate tasks with crew of field techs • Storing & staging exterior patio furniture • Utilizing cleaning products and performing light washing of exterior items • Swapping glass panels for screens in sun rooms & vice versa • Cleaning and light organizing of garages and mechanical rooms • Checking and replacing light bulbs interior/exterior • Gutter cleaning • Snow Removal DESIRED SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE • Experience with electrical, plumbing, general field work a plus but not necessarily required • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a lead position • Reliable – Shows up on time – ready to work. • Positive attitude and encouraging mindset while being patient with less experienced field techs • A devotion to providing top notch attention to detail and service • Excellent driving record SALARY/BENEFITS • Salary based on experience. • Medical benefits • 401K with Company Match • Paid Vacation • Sick Days • Company provided phone • Employee Appreciation Events • Annual Holiday Party(s) Westhampton Beach, NY Department Field Personnel Job Type Full-Time Compensation Hourly, based on experience
