LeFever Mattson Property Management is a dynamic company whose portfolio includes single-family, multi-family, and commercial investment properties throughout California. We are seeking a Full-time Carpenter to be part of our small renovation crew for various sites in the Sacramento area and greater Sacramento area. Responsibilities' include: Gathering of necessary materials Cutting and installing insulation Drywall work Hanging doors (hung and pre-hung) Building walls - Interior & exterior Building/Rebuilding patios and balconies Getting needed permits' Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of professional carpentry experience a plus • Strong working knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods, including installation and construction • Experience in all facets of foundation, decks, and framing construction. • Experience in finish carpentry, cabinet installation, stairs & railings, door & window installation, crown molding, and other misc moldings. • Proficient in using electrical and hand tools as well as measurement tools • Good physical condition, stamina, and dexterity • Reliable vehicle with racks and all tools necessary to complete all facets of installation as required. • Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
