Responsible for completing maintenance tasks 3 days/Week and cleaning floors in common rooms and hallways throughout the facility 2 days/week. The Position is in a skilled Nursing Facility (Nursing Home). Some experience is preferred but willing to train the right person. Must be able to run floor machines, carpet machines and swing a mop and push a broom. This person must be comfortable using tools (Powered and hand) to fix diagnose and repair. This person must pass a background check.
