This little dog was stolen from a parked car at 3100 Broadway in Oakland on February 15, 2022. The theft was recorded on the Used Honda Dealership video security. A woman who appeared to may be homeless reached into the car and stole Rusty. Countless hours have been spent looking for this beloved dog with no luck. We are pleading with everyone to please help bring him home. He may be in a homeless encampment, roaming the streets, or in someone’s care.
