HOUSEKEEPERS DUTIES: · Perform a variety of tasks related to housekeeping and cleaning resident apartments. · Cleaning of common areas, bathrooms, resident apartments. · Interact with residents and staff in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner. · Keep the environment safe and clean. · Follow preventive housekeeping schedule. · Perform other duties as assigned. HOUSEKEEPING QUALIFICATIONS: · Current CPR/First Aid certificate and update as needed. (Class will be provided by Empress). · Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations. ABOUT EMPRESS SENIOR LIVING Built in 2021, Empress Senior Living is a new Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in the Laurelhurst neighborhood of North East Seattle. The architectural design pays homage to the classic neighborhood masonry commercial buildings common in Seattle neighborhoods with housing above the store. The goal was to achieve a familiar scale and character that would blend into the surrounding residential neighborhood by the careful selection of the building colors and materials. Empress Senior Living is managed by a partnership between Empress Senior Living LLC of Seattle, WA and Elegance Living LLC of Baltimore, MD.
