Description

Repair and maintain building and equipment at the Kent facility. Monitor and maintain the safe operation of all warehouse and office equipment, such as: warehouse dock doors, dock levelers, HVAC, lighting and warehouse racking. Work on various remodeling projects. Assist other Facilities mechanics as needed for various maintenance projects. Various remodeling projects, including sheet rock, painting, framing. Carpenter skill set a plus. Monitor electrical equipment through warehouse and office work spaces. Repair or replace electrical equipment as needed for normal and safe operation. Monitor and maintain the safe and normal operation of the facilities fire and sprinkler system with assistance from outside service vendors.
