Tire flat - need fix to run flat tire

Need a good tire pro to fix a tire on the right front passenger side of car. It is parked at our condo near South Point. The car is a BMW 528i 2014. Ran over a metal fastener. Should be an east fix for a pro. Will pay for time & any costs.
