We are a growing company that is looking to add crews. We are filling some grass cutting and landscaping positions. For grass cutting we are looking for people who have experience using commercial mowers. Zero turn Riders, Walk behinds, Standons, Use of weedwackers, edging etc. All employees (grass cutters and landscapers) must have the following; *Must have great people skills to deal with customers and other employees *Must be a team player *Must have reliable transportation to work *Must be reliable and at work on time every day *Must be able to work until the job is done *Should have the ability to work long hours outdoors in the heat, in a fast paced environment. *Must be able to work on Sundays when needed (always off on Saturday during grass season) *Valid insurable license a plus! *Experience driving a pickup with a trailer is a plus! *Should have Clean Driving record and pass a drug screen if asked. *Should be able to follow verbal and written instructions and be able to communicate effectively. *Should have a good attitude, with honesty and punctuality. *Should take pride in their work. *Attention to details. *Shovel snow from walks, driveways, or parking lots and spread salt in those areas. *Employee must be able to lift excess of 50 pounds All Grass cutters must have the following (in addition to the above): *Commercial Mowing Experience is required! (Zero turn Riders, Walk behinds, Standons, Use of weedwackers, edging etc.) *Must be able to just hop on a mower and cut professionally *Valid insurable license a plus! *Experience driving a pickup with a trailer is a plus!
