Job description **$200 bonus after completion of 60 days of work** A Plus Staffing is a nationwide staffing agency seeking Canvassers / Brand Ambassadors to promote a national communications company. Canvassers / Brand Ambassadors to work in teams of two to activate tabling events and canvass neighborhoods to distribute giveaways and market to customers. *Opportunity for advancement* POSITION TITLE: Canvassers / Brand Ambassadors LOCATIONS: Neighborhoods in Manteca We have additional opportunities in Gilroy, Elk Grove, Santa Barbara, Goleta, Sacramento WORK SCHEDULE: Project is ongoing. **Must be able to commit a minimum of 30 hours/week. Shift times vary (6-8 hours/day) but they’re flexible within the 9 am - 6 pm timeframe. The schedule is communicated to the team weekly. MANDATORY PAID TWO-PART TRAINING: 2-hour online training 4-hour in-person PAY: $25 per hour (W2, paid weekly via direct deposit) **$200 bonus after completion of 60 days of work** $10/day travel stipend for up to 5 miles. Anything over 6 miles will be reimbursed at $0.58/mile. JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Travel to surrounding towns to market door to door (this is not a sales position / no sales quota). Responsible for neighborhood flyer distribution, gift bag deliveries, lawn parties, and speaking to residents (safely with PPE and social distancing). Team to prepare, distribute goody bags. Ask customers to complete a brief survey (lead) if interested. Survey to be completed on canvassers personal smartphone. Responsible for maintaining consistent communication with other Canvassers on the team. Provide end of each shift recap feedback and photos to manager onsite. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be punctual and reliable Must have reliable form of transportation. Travel stipend provided. Must be personable and eager to communicate with the general public (Homeowners). Must be a regular user of smart phones and tablets. Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time. (Typically walking a few miles per day) Must be able to set-up table and tent for lawn parties.
