Description
Starting wage $18-$20/Hourly wage DOE, performance-based retention bonuses. 401(k) matching, Medical insurance, dental and vision insurance available.
Assist in preparing the site area for installation of the fence
Carry materials to site for installation
Assist in fence construction
Ability to operate forklift and attachments for loading and unloading of trucks and moving materials on company property and/or at job sites
Operating equipment safely
Interacting with customers and members of the public in a professional and courteous manner
Keeping pace with production standards
Maintaining company equipment and reporting any issues as soon as possible
Ability to quickly learn and follow instructions from Foreman and Management

Are Ready to Work Hard and have a history of doing so
Good work ethic, love of working with your hands, and the drive to move up in a large growing family of companies
For experienced installers a basic understanding of fencing installation
Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record and ability to be insured by company insurance
