Positions are 9 month commitments with possible winter work for employees who wish to work year round. Job hours are 8-5, M-F (40 hours) with some weekend and after-hours work depending on the weather. Wage is directly tied to your experience and skill set. No experience starts at $15.00 per hour. Highly Skilled, Seasoned Lawn Professionals will start at $25-35.00 per hour. *This job is extremely physically demanding, lots of walking, working with heavy equipment in all types of weather. *Uniforms are provided and employees are expected to be clean, tidy and professional while on the job. *No smoking in the shop, in the trucks, or on customers properties.
