We are a successful, local family-owned and managed commercial real estate company with over forty-five years in business. We are searching for a happy, dependable and dedicated person to join our team that manages our shopping centers in Totem Lake and Woodinville. We are looking for a long-term relationship. The position is part-time, mostly outdoors, about 18 hour a week and the work is performed in the early morning, around 5am to 8am, about 3 hours per day, six days per week. This is a great opportunity for a retiree or a nice way to supplement current income. The work encompasses visiting two properties, six days a week, tending to the common area grounds and being the eyes and ears of the managers and owners. Attendance and communication are key factors. Duties include but are not limited to the following: • Emptying exterior trash cans into an on-site dumpster/compactor. Installing new liners. • Picking up trash and debris on and about the grounds, breaking down cardboard and discarded material. • Troubleshooting minor mechanical failures with an eye towards customer service and tenant satisfaction. • Reporting unusual activity or circumstance to management and authorities, as required. • Communicating daily with management, photographing site conditions. • And, of course, any other duties as required from time to time. We need a self-starter with reliable transportation and a cell phone. This position is not micro-managed and works independently.
