Volunteers needed for a nutrition study at WSU. You may be eligible to volunteer for a study to determine the ability of elderberry juice consumption to enhance blood sugar and fat metabolism. Findings from this study could be used to support production of elderberries as an agricultural product. The study will be 5 weeks long, with 2 weeks of study participation and 3 weeks of break, and will take place February through May 2022. Compensation for time and inconvenience will be provided. Some volunteers may not be eligible.
