Looking for Cleaners with experience to clean new build homes. These houses are freshly built resulting in construction cleaning. The houses will have a lot of dust, dirt, small debri, removing protective floor and counter coverings. Houses need kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, mechanical rooms, closets top to bottom cleanings. You are able to make your own schedule. This job requires as follows: Vents need to be vacuumed and wiped All doors and trim of home vacuumed and wiped Cabinets/drawers vacuumed and wiped All appliances clean All showers/tubs clean Mirrors Shop vac perimeter of inside home (no dust or carpet fuzzys in corners or side) Home must have professional vacuum line markings All hardwood floors need to be mopped no streaking Supplies needed: Professional mop (we use a specific kind will talk about) Broom Steal bristle brush Non-scratch pads Green Scotch pads Kaboom cleaner Disinfectant cleaner Stainless steel cleaner Goo-gone Scraper Microfiber towels Terry clothes Toilet bowl scrubber Rinsing cup Trash bags Shop vac Vacuum
