I bought a mini schnauzer off craigslist from a heavyset Hispanic guy with “shot records” in a booklet in Spanish. The dog is sick with parvo and giardia in the hospital. This guy drives a 2018ish Toyota RAV4 gray colored and will meet you in a public place and be subtly shady. He used a local number for the ad and an El Paso number for zelle. This person is selling dachshunds, schnauzers and golden retrievers that have all tested positive for parvo. One person’s dog has died. Please let me know if you bought a puppy from him or have any more info. This is likely a puppy mill ring based out of Juarez, MX using fraudulent vaccine paperwork.
