Part Time Job ($13.60 Per Hour - $272 Per Week) Small "extra income - cleaning job" We are a cleaning company with cleaning project at an office building in Wilmington, Delaware that needs daily floor cleaning, Monday thru Friday, 5:30pm – 9:30pm - (4) hours per day. The Hours of Service Are 5:30pm to 9:30pm each day, Monday thru Friday. This Is A FIVE Day A Week Commitment - Must Be Able To Work Every Day. JOB SUMMARY: Under General Direction, Clean and Maintain All Carpeted and Hard Surfaces In The Facility. Perform Preventative Maintenance On Special Floor Equipment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – Promote The Mission, Vision and Values Of The Cleaning Company *Attention To Detail *Prior Cleaning or Janitorial Experience Required – A MINIMUM Of (2) Years *Experience With Auto Scrubber Machine, Striping, Buffing, and Waxing Surfaces *Perform All Assigned Tasks In A Professional Manner In Order To Reflect The Highest Integrity Of The Environmental Services Department *Perform Cleaning and Maintenance Of All Floors: Tile, Carpet, And Brick Flooring *Complete Work Assignments In A Timely Manner *Sweeping, Dusting, and Mopping *Utilize The Appropriate Chemicals and Supplies According To Procedure. Use and Maintain Equipment Properly *Operate and Maintain All Equipment Correctly and Safely *Observe Safety Precautions At All Times – Use Safety Signs (“WET FLOOR”) *Ability To Work Without Normal Supervision *Report Site Safety Hazards As Appropriate *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk, and/or Run. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift. Compensation: $13.60 per hour – 20 Hours Per Week ($272 A Week) Qualifications: MUST Have Reliable Transportation MUST Pass A Background Check Must Be Vaccinated. Must Show Proof of Vaccination Previous Floor Cleaning Experience Required – Minimum Of (2) Years NOTE: This is NOT A CASH UNDER THE TABLE Opportunity. Must Be Legal To Work.
