Marketing company is hiring teams of individuals for a telecommunication client and for its "Installer/Ambassador" program the week of March 27 - 31. NOGALES: 4 LOCATIONS. This program is about giving back in the local community to deliver several items in each market. Each market has multiple locations which includes installs at: Coffee Shops, Pizzerias. The internal team is securing locations for our installers to visit for both Coffee Shops and Pizzerias. Coffee Shop: Team Members will install 1 Aframe with Poster, 1 Box of Coffee Sleeves and Sleeves holder (to display), Use Company Credit Card to purchase $300 value of Coffee for Customers and take 3 photos (outside, inside and coffee shop installs). Pizzerias: Team Members will bring 1 box of 1000 toppers and only install 5 toppers onsite at the pizzeria (show restaurant location how to adhere self-sticking topper to top of Pizza Box/Carryout Item), provide a supplied $200 media fee check and take 3 photos (outside, inside and pizza box installs). You will hit a minimum of 15 (or fewer) locations daily and spend about 15 minutes per location. Maps and Logistics of all locations will be provided to you prior to installs. These locations are being secured the next two weeks, we will provide an update to each market installer. THE PAY/DATES/HOURS FOR THE PROGRAM ARE LISTED BELOW FOR YOUR REVIEW. Team Member Qualifications: -18+ years old, Female or Male, Experienced Professionals, friendly and bubbly, able to approach and interact with people, responsible, timely, and have the ability to receive program equipment/material, utilize their own vehicle and have a personal smart phone and enable GPS location services for excellent pictures and upload via dropbox. You will need to adhere to all State/Local laws regarding Covid-19 and will/may need to wear a mask and any other PPE protection during this program at ALL times. PROGRAM DATES: 3/27-3/31 NOTE: We will need to work with hours of each location and choose to do installs during those days. We will go over your schedule with you. TRAINING: 3/15/22 VIRTUAL (ZOOM) 9am-10am MST NOTE: 3/21 -3/25 will be the delivery window to receive all inventory for the program. The inventory you will receive is based on the number of locations for each market. ACTIVATIONS: Each team member will utilize their own vehicle while following a dedicated mapping/delivery schedule. It is expected to hit up a minimum of 15 locations per day within the city/area. Installers can work any day of the week within the window as long as you complete the installs and follow the hours/days that the locations are requesting/open. It is required that you contact the store ahead of time to make sure that they will be open for you (this does not include the Small business portion as that is guerrilla). COMPENSATION: Team Leader-Installer: $20 per hour (8 hour day paid minimum) Daily Rate is an 8 hour min ($160) + car use/ travel ($50) = $210 -Training/Phone Calls for Planning ($50) + inventory ($25) + reports/photo upload/recap ($25) = $100 Total Compensation is the number of days that you work x $210 + $100. For example, if you have 15 locations, it will take you 1 day x $210 + $100= $310 Below is compensation per market: Nogales: 1 ACTIVATION DAYS- TOTALS $310 Direct Deposit / checks will be completed on April 15th as long as all photos are uploaded/reporting completed.
