Missing Necklace and Earrings

An earring and necklace, that I gave to my mother for her birthday 10 years ago was stolen from her home. It's a gold herringbone necklace with matching earrings. It would mean a lot to me if you come across this necklace to contact me. I am able to provide a reward for it's return. It was stolen in the West Philadelphia region around 52nd and Girard Street.
