On Friday, March 25, 2022, from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm (EST) (with small breaks) we will be holding a Virtual focus group. We anticipate that there will be participants from several areas and ideally with different backgrounds and perspectives. This is a focus group that will involve one or more legal cases or legal matters on which input will be requested as if you were a juror on the case. We will record the presentation/discussions for the parties involved in the matters and only for their use. You must have good access to the internet and with service capabilities to see, hear, and communicate with the participants remotely. We request that nobody participate by just a cell phone, for example, or in a location that is not quiet and will not allow for full participation. If selected, you will receive a confidentiality agreement via DocuSign. This must be returned prior to receiving the link. You will receive a Zoom video conference link at 9:50 am via e-mail provided the confidentiality agreement is returned. Log in will be no later than 10:00 am and anyone attempting to log in after that will not be allowed to participate. The pay is $75.00. Payment will be made through PayPal and funds will be available 15 minutes prior to the end of the session. You must have an active PayPal account to participate and be paid as no other payment method will be allowed. ***Note: Participants who have participated in a mock jury focus group within the last 6 months may not be eligible to participate this date. Some previous participants have wondered if this is a scam or legitimate. It is, and we have done these over the years.
