Storage of America has an open position for a FT Self-Storage Maintenance Manager in the Indy area. Job Summary: The Self-Storage Maintenance Manager is a field-based position who has basic maintenance/janitorial skills. This person must be energetic, professional, outgoing, a self-starter who has excellent communication skills, and is committed to superior customer service. Also must have basis computer skills and is a team player who works well with others and can work independently. Daily self-storage property maintenance will be the responsibility of this position. Local travel required, monthly mileage allowance paid. Candidate must have dependable transportation. The facility locations are on East Washington St, West Washington St, West 62nd St and Pendleton Pike - All sites within Marion County and the City of Indianapolis. Benefits available on first of month following 60 days of employment. FT position is scheduled 35-40 hours per week. Monday-Friday required and occasional Saturdays if requested. Store Hours: Monday-Friday: 9:30a-5:30p, Saturday: 9:00a-5:00p, Closed: Sunday Candidate must pass a drug test and background check.
