$18-$22/HOUR-COMMERCIAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE/DAY PORTER Title: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN/DAY PORTER Department: Maintenance Effective: Immediately Hours: 22-26 hours a week, possibly increasing to full-time Experience: Janitorial, basic electrical, and basic plumbing preferred Commercial property management company seeks self-motivated team player to assist in the upkeep of a broad portfolio. Janitorial, basic electrical, and basic plumbing experience helpful. Must have own transportation & some tools. Wage dependent on experience. Must enjoy working with people.
