NWES needs 20+ full-time ENTRY LEVEL day shift and swing shift PRODUCTION WORKERS immediately for a food production manufacturer in HILLSBORO, OR. We have several other openings in other departments please see below for the listings. This is a temporary OR temp-to-hire position with a company that manufactures food products for various labels. Previous experience is nice, but not required. GENERAL LABOR Pay Rate: $15.50/hr Location: Hillsboro, OR Shift: 2:00pm-11:00pm (6-7 days a week) MAINTENANCE Pay Rate: $22.00 with a.50 differential Location: Hillsboro, OR Shift: Day Swing and Grave ORDER SELECTOR Pay Rate: $18.00 and a.50 differential for swing Location: Hillsboro, OR Shift: Day and Swing Duties and Responsibilities Assists with production, preparation, and storage of company products. Places boxed products on a pallet. Maintains housekeeping of the production plant and warehouse. Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices. Regular attendance and punctuality is required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility. Working Conditions Refrigerated food manufacturing plant. The environment may be wet, or dry, and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F. Repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages in excess of 35 lbs is required.
