MUST LOVE TO CLEAN! *Job Purpose: To provide focused support for our adult customers who experience I/DD and live independently to get their bathroom & kitchen cleaned every other week. Also to get the main office cleaned once every week. *Job Function* The important job duties include routine building cleaning, including trash removal; mopping, window cleaning; dusting, dust-mopping, and sweeping; moving and setting up furniture and equipment; and policing grounds for litter. Including walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending and lifting. This high profile position requires the ability to pass background check requirements and have the ability to lift 40lbs individually. *Must travel and have a vehicle. Must be able to use a smartphone for payroll and scheduling. *Job Schedule* Monday-Friday, *Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour, mileage, benefits after 90 days: * Health insurance Stipend * Paid time off * Flexible schedule * Monday to Friday *Education: * High school or equivalent *Experience: * Cleaning: 1 year * Driver's License *Work Location: Multiple locations.
