GBA is looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, full time Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician provides support to their direct Maintenance Supervisor, Leasing office, and residents, ensuring the quality of move in turns, resident satisfaction, and timely work order completion. The Maintenance Technician is instrumental in helping Golf Creek Apartments deliver superior customer service to our residents. Qualifications: · High school diploma/ GED equivalent · Valid driver’s license · Have at least 1 year of Maintenance Technician experience · Be knowledgeable with some software systems, Microsoft word, excel etc. · Weekend work is required Essential Duties: · Prepares make ready apts, which may include painting, cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping duties, and any other necessary duties to provide our residents with a quality move in experience. · Has knowledge of maintenance functions plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, pool maintenance, general carpentry, and painting skills. · Maintains pools, hot tubs, and common areas · Reports any maintenance concerns on vacant apartments, models, and common areas to direct supervisor. · Attends any all trainings assigned by their immediate supervisor. · Knowledgeable of state, local and federal fair housing laws. · Performs duties as assigned in a timely manner. · Delivers superior customer service and always represents the company in a professional manner. · Dresses per GBA standard · Maintains and safeguards all company tools and equipment · Performs any other related duties required of the Maintenance Tech position.
