In search of eager person to perform on-site construction management. On-site supervision on construction work Supervision of all contractors and staff Scheduling, sourcing and pricing materials. Outsourcing contractors and recruitment Requirements: Minimum of 5 years construction experience in the United States Must be versed in foundation, concrete & steel façade work Must be vaccinated Must be authorized to work in the US without needing sponsorship Full-time position on-site Valid Driver License Full-time Contract Base Salary & Bonus $100,000 per year Real state management company located in East Orange, NJ 07018 This is an Onsight position & we are looking to interview and hire immediately.
