10 month old Banana Ball Python

I am having to rehome my 10 month old banana ball python due to family obligations changing and I will not be able to give him enough of my focus. He is a male and what will come with him is a 40 gallon tank, substrate, two hides, a water bowl, a log and climbing decor, a heating pad underneath the tank, two light lamps (one heated one not), thermostat in tank, and a spray bottle. I paid a little over a grand for him and his whole setup so I am asking for $450 as the rehoming fee. He is super friendly loves to be held and just crawl around everywhere! He has never striked before.
