Found large sketch pad on Springdale

I found a large sketch pad in the street on Springdale, near Airport Blvd. It had been run over at least once, (tire tread mark on one page and flattened metal spiral) but all the paper looks fine and still usable. There is one sketch that doesn't look ruined by being run over.
