Oak needs a new home He is a 3.5 year old American Bully/Shepherd mix I delivered him and his siblings and have had him since he was 7 weeks old. He is AMAZING with cats, chickens, mini pigs, goats and horses. He enjoys hiking, swimming and going on adventures. He loves to snuggle on the couch and keep you warm in bed. He loves doing his daily “sillies” where he rolls around on his back growling and barking on his hammock bed … he has done this since he was 7 weeks old. He was severely attacked on two separate occasions by two different dogs three years ago and has suffered major PTSD. He lives in a home with other dogs and has always grown up with other dogs but as he has grown he has become extremely reactive to intact male dogs or dominant dogs resulting in some pretty serious fights and injuries. He does best with submissive females or other submissive friendly dogs that have zero dominance He cannot be around dominant or intact dogs whatsoever as he will become reactive and could seriously injure or kill another dog!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He has gone through professional training and would thrive in an active home with either no dogs or a super friendly female. He has Now shown some aggressive behavior towards people…. He can get nervous around strangers and gets very scared and has barked and growled … He has even barked and growled at my parter in my home but has Never shown teeth and has never snapped or ever tried biting. He has also become reactive to people who he grew up with and have known for the last three years… he would do best with a single dominant female handler who can solely focus on him and only him. He comes to work with me daily at my Pet Grooming Salon and loves car rides and being with his person daily. He is neutered Up to date on all vaccines and vet care Heart worm and parasite control Microchipped Fed a High quality diet House broken and crate trained Great on leash Knows basic commands and some cute tricks He needs a special home who can be responsible and loving and have structure to ensure his safety around dogs. Someone who has Experience with dogs who can be reactive. Ideally a home with NO DOGS or children would be best. Background check will be done for prospective adopters I need the absolute best home for him
