Local Home Maintenance Company Now Hiring Full-Time, EXPERIENCED Applicants for the Following Positions: SKILLED CONTRACTORS Competitive wages. Starting around $22-$28/hr. Compensation will be determined upon review of skill and experience. Benefits are offered after 90 days. APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO QUALIFY FOR THESE POSITIONS: -AT LEAST 3-5 years or more experience in the position in which they are applying -Valid Driver's License -References -Be able to pass a drug screening and background check -Must be reliable and punctual -Ability to read and follow instructions on detailed work orders -Strong ability to prioritize/organize tasks -Ability to work independently and as a team (Experience in management of crew(s) & team leadership is definitely a bonus and will open more earning opportunities within the company!) -Meet the physical needs of the job that they are applying for We are looking for applicants with two or more of the following skills/experience: -Skill and Experience with Remodeling Kitchen, Bath and General Living Spaces -Ability to Perform Interior and Exterior Handyman-like Repairs -Knowledge and Skill of Installation of basic Flooring styles(wood, tile, etc.) -Basic Plumbing and Electrical Fixture Removal and Installation(faucets, outlets, lighting fixtures/fans, switches) -Must be able to do small interior wall/drywall repairs (ability to perform exterior wood and stucco repairs are a plus!) -Experience with different painting styles(brushes, sprayers, and rollers) and different types of paints/coatings -Ability to paint on different surfaces - interior and exterior painting of walls and ceilings, plaster/drywall, wood/trim -Ability to work off of the ground/on ladders Resumes are preferred but not required.
