Feedback on enjoyable places to live- moving from out of state

Hello everyone, I'm looking for feedback on places to live (apartment) in or around Portland. This is what I want: 1. Walking distance or a quick bus ride to organic produce. And organic farmers market, a co-op, etc. 2. Easy access to bus lines. 3. Community center and/or studio with art classes nearby. 4. A street with very minimal traffic/noise. 5. Lots of trees and greenery around. 6. Lovely places/neighborhood to walk my 2 little pups. And feel safe at night. 7. A local butcher/or nearby for purchasing wild game meat for my pups, and my kitty. 8. A great place to live without a car. Thank you.
