Experienced Maintenance Technicians Needed - VALLEY WIDE! Responsibilities: -Participate in all maintenance and repair of equipment, apartments, property grounds, building interiors and exteriors within the areas of electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting and appliance care -Prepare vacant apartment homes for lease and new move-ins -Complete all daily work order requests Maintenance Technician Requirements: -3 to 6 months general maintenance experience -HVAC / EPA certification not required but a plus -CPO certification not required but a plus -Own tools *Note: All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States *Drug-free work environment *Equal opportunity employer.
