help needed or mechanic

Hello, I figure this is a long shot but never know, so here goes the issue. I need a mechanic to re-do the engine its a toyota 3vze 3.0 engine. they are from the 4 runners and pickups. mine is a pickup truck. i need the engine redone and either welded or another cross over pipe. and currently the codes say its running rich & lean maybe when the engine is fixed and the code for the knock sensor. I am looking for the mechanic to do the work and get the parts. I found a place that they are doing a sale on the parts so it wont be crazy dealer parts or the typical autozone / oreilly type places. in exchange i can help, you with legal issues (limited) and help build your business in various formats, taxes (limited) basic restructuring to make your business more successful and profitable, contracting with the city & county and other areas of business. I am currently re-building all of my business ventures. the story: i am restarting this business, i am currently not working so this is why i am proposing this. I had the work done and the mechanic did not do the work currectly. yesterday the car was smoking and smoke was coming inside. i pulled over because i thought it was going to catch on fire but thankfully it was something else that caused it. But, afew weeks later it was something different because i smelt something burning and i thought it was something else. But in fact my truck did catch on fire (small one) good thing i caught it on time.) so again i am not working at the moment (looking) i dont talk with family and friends anymore because i just had to get away from all the B.S. currently sleeping from my car and NO i do not smoke ANYTHING nor am i an alcoholic RARELY even drink alcohol maybe usually wine IF, I do dinner. I took the mechanic and shop to court (please dont let this scare you off) and i won my case but because of the way the shop is doing business and the staff there (illegal stuff) i am doing other things to fix the problem. So again i never tell people i have a background in law until i have to. kind of a long story as to why im in this position now. I am being more aggressive in the way i do things, not being as nice or helpful or whatever, im just tired of all the B.S we will sign a contract that will be legally binding, stating what you will do and provide and what i will do. almost a while ago 3 of my clients were auto shops and i filed the lawsuits got them their money and more because most people dont understand the process. again i am trying to rebuild this business again. i need my truck so i can work and do other things. we can talk more in detail of what help you would need, i can even help work on the car i do have limited experience (self taught) on doing some work on cars. i can also help around your work place to. but lets talk about what you need help with. i used to have a SMALL toy store but i had to close the spot as the main owners of the property came back and took over all of the property. then this covid thing happens and well. im trying to sell things online to try and make a few bucks. so if there is a person that is willing to do this, i know people will think this is a scam just because this is craigslist. but i can assure you not the case. thank you
