He is very stressed in his kennel jumping and panting, he needs out or he will be put down on March 7. *****If you would like to adopt Phoenix, please fill out the application below https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FPP/ is around 7-8 years old, lab/American bulldog mix at 54lbs, he is a shy/timid boy that needs someone with patience to give him time to get to know his new home and family, he takes treats gently, food motivated which is a good thing, easy to train, he leans in for more pets, likes to play with toys, he is unsure at times with walking on the leash, need to just go slow. He doesn't deserve to die; he just needs someone to give him time and a loving home. We do not know how he is with other dogs, the shelter no longer does dog intros, have no idea about cats, if you have another dog, they will need to be kept separated to allow time for Phoenix to decompress from the crazy shelter life.
