Seeking musicians for progressive project

Hi all! Recently relocated to Columbus, Ohio. I'm a singer who has been a bit out of practice for the past few years. Have played in bands in the past although we never really got beyond the conceptualization and jamming stages. I'm hoping to potentially meet with a guitarist or multi-instrument musician to flesh out dozens of lyrics/melody arrangements in order to take them to fully formed songs with the goal of adding additional musicians, recording and performing in the future. I must admit, I'm a bit out of practice. My current practice is set to mostly just belting out songs at local karaoke bars but would love to get together with someone 2-3x a week. I work 9-5pm most days and have availability most weekends. I unfortunately do not have space to rehearse so would need someone who had space or would potentially be willing to rent a space together in the area. My influences include in not particular order: Lacuna Coil, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Nothing More, Dead Letter Circus, Depeche Mode, Breaking Benjamin, Shinedown, Puscifer, IAMX, 10 Years, Chevelle, Soen, Stellar Circuits, System of a Down, Fair to Midland, the Smashing Pumpkins and others.
