Full Job Description We are looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance technician to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout Wisconsin Rapids/Stevens Point area. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as day to day light repairs and general grounds pick up to ensure that our facilities are both functional and well-maintained. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will preferably have previous maintenance work experience and solid technical knowledge. You should have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work. On call duties require periodic on call rotation. Duties to Include: – Maintenance of buildings & units – Light painting, landscaping, carpentry and turnover of units – Minor plumbing & basic electrical knowledge – Snow removal from walkways Qualifications: Successful candidates must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. General knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical a plus. Experience in apartment maintenance preferred. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, self-motivator and have own tools.
