As a Maintenance Technician for Peak Management Company, you play a vital role in our mission to provide our residents with best-in-class community living. You will provide maintenance to resident homes and our community, turnover homes to make ready for new residents, and support the overall business operations in a team friendly environment. Our manufactured homes provide skilled crafts workers an opportunity to apply their knowledge and experience across several areas of general maintenance to include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance. We are looking for dependable people with strong time management skills who take pride in their work life experience and enjoy busy and productive days.
