We are looking for a special person who: • Loves to work outdoors year-round • Has a desire to learn • Has a positive attitude • Is team oriented • Is looking for opportunities for growth • Has hardscape/softscape experience (preferred) Your role will be to work closely with the Outdoor Living team to craft an astonishing work of art. Your daily tasks will include planting, seeding, brick laying, assisting in fence installations, paving and building retaining walls. You will be assisting in the building and renovating of projects all year round. Loading trucks with all necessary materials will be a daily task so the ability to do heavy lifting is essential. Requirements Include: • Possession of a valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Passing a Pre-employment Drug Screen • Basic Mechanical abilities • Ability to read a tape measure • Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively This is a full-time position (40+ hours) with a complete benefits package. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Short-term Disability, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, and 401K Plan with company match. $1,000 Sign On Bonus to be paid out as $250 after 90 days, $250 after 6 months, and $500 after 1 year of continued employment.
