We’re hiring a full-time errand runner to run to Lowes to get building supplies, check up on a house to get photos or video, or let tenants into a property. When you arrive at your destination, you’ll bring us in on your phone for Facetime or Zoom, if necessary, so we can see what's going on with the property too. Company car provided with an iPhone 13 Pro so you can take great photos for us. You'll be driving around all day long to our rental properties helping us perform inspections by bringing us in on your provided phone. No experience is necessary. All training provided. Responsibilities Show potential rental property we have available for rent to tenants - both private showings and showings for pre-scheduled group tours. You’ll take your company-provided smartphone to rental properties we have leased, and with the tenants' permission arranged in advance, to conduct a safety inspection with criteria we provide - while getting video footage - so we know the extent of any needed repairs. You’ll travel to our construction jobs sites from time to time to take a video of the work that’s been completed so we can inspect what we expect from our sub-contractors. You will pick up a "For Rent" sign at a store (or store a few at your home) to put them in the yard of properties that we have for rent, and then take them down when they are rented. You will meet with tenants on their move-in/out date to take before/after photos so we have the information we need to make a rental deposit refund.
