Atlantic Protective Services needs a new electronic security installer! We are a local, family-owned business installing and servicing burglary, fire, CCTV, and access control systems in the Hampton Roads area and we are looking for a long-term addition to our team. ZERO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - You will get paid to learn a new trade! With no skills beyond a willingness to work and the ability to learn, we will pay you $15 / hour, plus benefits (vacation, health care, etc). That's about half what an experienced trouble-shooting technician makes; in our area, experienced technicians can earn up to $60,000 annually, plus benefits. The right person can go from being a "no-skills helper" to being an "experienced tech" in as little as a couple of years Minimum Requirements: Excellent written & verbal skills Excellent time management skills. Excellent attitude with consistent professional dress and manner. CLEAN driving record. A willingness to let us pay you while you learn! Compensation includes: Scheduled for 40 hours weekly. Overtime is very rare. Hourly rate $15 - $28. Paid two weeks annual leave. Paid time off for holidays. Group health insurance after 90 days (APS pays 80%, up to $425).
