We are in need of reliable refurb contractors for 6 separate mobile home parks in Jacksonville, FL. Consistent monthly work is guaranteed. Scope of work changes depending on the condition of the home, but often includes; paint, drywall, subfloor, trim work, flooring/carpet, general carpentry, punch lists, etc. We also could use: pressure washers, cleaners, painters, and handymen. If interested, we will be able to schedule the walkthrough of an example home to go over expectations for refurb quality, pricing, and timelines. We are a Net-30 company, work is labor only--we provide all materials going into the home. Must be licensed and insured--workers comp required if needed by law.
