***Turf Health Incorporated Crew Member Specific Job Responsibilities*** • Hands-on work with instruction and training from Crew Lead on job tasks • Drive truck/trailer with Foreman to job sites (if needed we will train to drive truck and trailer) • Daily tasks may include: mowing, line trimming, changing mower blades, weeding beds, pruning/shearing of shrubs, spot spraying of weeds, debris pick up, bed edging and mulching Qualifications: • A Valid Driver’s License and cleared to drive under company insurance • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment • Ability to lift 50lbs • Must be able to work outside in heat, rain, and cold weather • Must be able to work Saturdays when necessary • A willingness to learn every aspect of landscape maintenance from different machines and tools to proper horticulture methods; we will train the right person!
