We are looking to fill positions for: Landscape Installation Team (Team Leader) - This position would be leading a team of 3 individuals on landscaping installation jobs. This includes but is limited to planting trees & shrubs, installing decorative rock, mulch, ect. Performing seeding / straw jobs, and sod installations. This position would also include drainage jobs and any other landscape construction. The team leader will be responsible for the teams, production and quality. Team leader must have knowledge of plants and materials. Landscape Team (Team Members) - This position would be working alongside the Team leader on landscaping installation jobs. This includes but is not limited to planting trees & shrubs, installing decorative rock, mulch, ect. Performing seeding / straw jobs, and sod installations. This position would also include drainage jobs and any other landscape construction. General requirements would include, general landscape and horticulture knowledge, ability to lift heavy objects. Must have a strong work ethic, and ability to learn and advance! Landscape Maintenance (Team members) - This position would be working alongside the team leader on landscape maintenance jobs. This inclides but is not limited to spring clean ups (weeding, edging, pruning trees and shrubs) mulching, mid season clean ups, fall cleans ups, and leaf removal. General requirements would include, general landscape and horticulture knowledge, ability to lift heavy objects. Must have a strong work ethic, and ability to learn and advance! We use Innovative equipment with all our crews!!! *WE WORK YEAR ROUND* OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to pass drug test, background check Valid Driver's License Have basic knowledge, decision making skills, and willing to learn Strong work ethic On time everyday Able to adapt to a fast paced environment Able to lift 50lbs+ objects Pride in work Pay depends on skills and/or qualifications We hope to welcome you into the Integrity Green Family!
